The priority

1. Barbed Shot — when bestial wrath is coming up or charges would cap
2. Bestial Wrath — once barbed shot charges are spent
3. Kill Command — with howl of the pack leader or nature’s ally
4. Barbed Shot — when a charge is available
5. Cobra Shot — as filler

Common mistakes

• Letting Barbed Shot sit at 2 charges.
• Pressing Kill Command twice in a row and losing Nature’s Ally.
• Casting Bestial Wrath while Barbed Shot still has charges to spend first.

What’s simplified

• Each turn is one decision (about one global cooldown). Cooldowns and buff durations are converted to turns, so timing is approximate.
• Focus values (Kill Command 30, Cobra Shot 35, ~10 Focus regenerated per turn, +3 per turn for a few turns after Barbed Shot) are long-standing approximations, not re-measured for this patch.
• Nature’s Ally is modeled as "active whenever your last cast was not Kill Command", matching the guidance not to double up Kill Commands.
• Howl of the Pack Leader runs on a 20-turn timer, reduced by 1 for each Kill Command or Cobra Shot, and Bestial Wrath triggers it.
• Cobra Fang (Season 2 tier set), Frenzy stacks and pet positioning are not modeled.
