Midnight Season 2 · Mistcrests
Tell us what you’re wearing and the item level you’re after. We’ll turn it into a short list: what to run, what to trade, and what to upgrade.
Start from your character. Sign in and we’ll read your main’s gear from the Armory, so there’s nothing to type.

292.0
Item level you want
That’s 780 crests. The weekly cap is off for the rest of the season, so it goes as fast as you play.
780 to earn in all. No weekly cap for the rest of the season.
In Silvermoon City. 20 crests a rank, plus a little gold.
That puts you at 300.0.
We suggest the cheapest crests first, and gear that drops along the way will often save you a step. Your plan stays on this device.
In Silvermoon City. Cuzolth upgrades your gear; Vaskarn trades crests.
Each track has six ranks. Every rank costs 20 of that track’s crest and a little gold.
Each season opens with a cap of 100 of each crest a week. Around the middle of the season it comes off, as it has now.
Once your main has upgraded a slot, your alts pay 10 crests a rank instead of 20 in that slot, up to your main’s item level.
Once every slot reaches the top of a track, spare crests from it trade up into the next kind.
Every piece takes 2 Spark of Tidess (4 for two-handers). Add 80 Hero crests for up to 318, or 80 Myth crests for up to 331. It can’t be upgraded after, only recrafted.
10 lift a maxed weapon, off hand, neck or trinket past its track, once: Hero 6/6 to 328, Myth 6/6 to 341, crafted 318 to 325 and 331 to 337. Spend them next to Orin by the Catalyst.
Crest amounts and item levels are kept up to date for Midnight Season 2. Blizzard tunes them now and then, so the tooltip in game always wins.
